FAQ

- Why is the price different?

We use pro rata for billing cycle, for example, the due date will be July 1st if you order after May 15th.

- Why is my order cancelled?

To use our services, you are required to provide your real and accurate legal name and residential address. All orders are reviewed by our anti-fraud system as well as our own staff. If we find your order or information is not accurate or fraudulent we will reject and refund your order.

- What bandwidth is allocated to my VPS?

We allocate each VPS with 1 TB bandwidth on 1 Gbps port. We count both incoming and outgoing bandwidth.

- What happenes if bandwidth limit reached?

We will limit your port to 10 Mbps when you reach the bandwidth limit in US and EU locations. We will suspend your VPS to the end of the month when you reach the bandwidth limit in Asia-Pacific locations. You can upgrade your bandwidth at anytime in the client area.

- Do you allow service transfer?

For all VPS products, we do not allow account transfer.

- What ports do you block?

We block outgoing port 25 to prevent spamming, if you need to use port 25 for sending emails, you can contact us or use 3rd party email sending service.

    What is OGF?

    What is OGF?

LET. LES Exclusive offer should be

No specific price rules except they MUST be LES exclusive for at LEAST 24 hours

and since your offer is less than $7 (€4.76 ≈ $4.95), it should be fine to post it as normal offer (if that's your intention).

Appear to be the same, moved out of Exclusive Offers category.

The "other green forum". Please use the LES exclusive category for offers/deals/coupons intended for this forum only.

Well, the deal needs to be different as well or the coupon needs to be for an increased discount or something like that. Changing the coupon to something unique to unlock a same discount available elsewhere isn't really "exclusive".

But it's fine for now, the offer still meets the price rules for normal offers so it can be in the 'Offer' category instead without any issues. If ever in doubt, feel free to reach out! :)
