Ok, so I am going to recommend @seriesn and Nexusbytes as VPS are their core business and they stated that they accept Sofort.
However, if that doesn't work out for you for some reason, I do have a couple of resource pools that I can sell you a VPS from and yes, I can take SEPA transfer. Do let me know either way.
