If you want to use 80/443 externally, we have HAProxy, which can also handle SSL for you.

We only charge for what you use 1 hour in advance, if you shut down, you are only billed for the storage not the compute.

We also offer lifetime free tier static hosting for anyone who makes a single payment ever, and you get to use the credit from your payment on the VPS side of things anyway.
