Biznet (Indonesia) iperf location (temporarily?) removed from network test. Seems to be down 99% of the time, so it's pretty much useless besides making the script take longer to run due to all the timeouts (each connection seems to hang, rather than getting a connection refused message back).
Maybe the Infosystems (Uzbekistan) location instead, but that isn't really APAC anymore. The Vetta Online (New Zealand) location would probably be good, but seems to be down as well and would rather not swap out a flaky location for a different flaky location.... Perhaps a LE* provider with lots of bandwidth in APAC (is that even a thing?) would be willing to donate an APAC location for the cause.

Heh... that's a great question that I unfortunately do not have the answer for. I honestly have no idea how much a single iperf location (that the script uses) goes through in bandwidth per month and any guess I make will likely be way off. I think this is the issue with the Biznet server -- perhaps the constant iperf activity (thanks to YABS) is eating through all their bandwidth and taking them offline until the quota restarts.
I'd be down for doing a trial run with a new APAC server where I'll add it to the script, have the provider monitor to see if the bandwidth usage is acceptable, and then either keep it moving forward or strike off the list if it proves to be too much.
UPDATE: Trialing a new APAC location sponsored by WebHorizon in Singapore (IPv4 + IPv6)
Location will undergo testing for the next couple weeks to make sure the bandwidth implications aren't too heavy. As long as everything is good from WebHorizon's perspective, we'll be keeping the location on permanently. Big thanks to @Abdullah!
