How best to set up a server for open source KVM VPSes?
Using a Hetzner AX51-NVME.
Folks here seem to like KVM and graphical control panels.
How could the AX-51 best be set up with open source software to give users KVM VPSes and a nice looking graphical contol panel?

Proxmox is open source, but probably falls short on expected panel features.
OpenStack has it's horizon dashboard but I can't comment too much on this from lack of experience.
I heard good things about https://www.ovirt.org/ (I have no experience with it though)

OpenNebula and Proxmox are the best options among the open source ones, IMHO.
have a look at https://proxcp.com/ if not already @Mason has good experience with it.
