PHP Work

I need someone to do a bit of paid PHP work, the original dev folded.

It is a one page landing/email form that is 7.2 compatible and I was wondering if it is worth my while upgrading it to 8.1 compatibility.

It is 230 lines of code and potentially would like to:

a.) upgrade to 8.1 and add the remote IP address to the email form data.

and depending on complexity/cost:

b.) filter the form submission against either Clean Talk or Stop Forum Spam.

Timeline is pretty flexible.
