It comes with 12 support cases left. Plus update access until 2023-01-29. (Renewal $99/yr)
Initially I asked Hostbill for a partial refund since I've not been using it for long but they said I'm way past my refund period. However, they made an exception for me to transfer my license to someone else. So this transfer is legit and approved by Hostbill which means there is no risk in your account being closed.

If someone buys it I will change my email to theirs and they can then perform a password reset.

This is a sale from a legit company with valid EU VAT registration. So if you are a company you will get an invoice but if you are an EU company 21% VAT will be added to the final auction price.

Yes it's the only supported way. But the buyer can change all the account details.
