• Agreed on most of it.. But banning VPNs is almost impossible. Yes you can put restrictions on Indian servers but people will still use other locations for these kind of activities.

• I don't think so.. But they may ask for some written document from the second party like purchasing agreement. You should contact Hostbill for confirmation before purchasing or making any payments. It's always safe to get confirmation first :smile:

• I said they will not allow account transfer at all. They will only allow when you buy the whole company from the second party and their assets which include their present billing system (which is hostbill) Only in that case hostbill will allow account transfer.
