@vyas maybe check what generation the sata connector is at all. and what kind of disk is that (full smartctl output...) as you said crucial I'd assume an SSD, for which the 4k numbers look feasible. that you don't get a higher througput on 1MB bs is more likely a limitation based on the sata chip and ssd controller. back…

does not really make sense. it's obvious that this is totally and only about existing and still running services in norway already. and he also stated, that they are not going to offer at these prices but only honouring existing deals within their scope. also for sure any kind of additional services coming in would not be…

I think you can't do much about it directly. Anyone can go ahead and start spoofing the from address for any domain and also forging mails that look like yours. It's probably not even safe to say that this is related to that hacked client after all. as @mikho said SPF and DKIM will only help depending on how the receiving…

blame it on the lazy coder that forgot to check, if an instance is stuck/still running before spawning the next... oh, wait. 😜

man, you always like to jump head first into pandoras box, aren't you? not sure what route this topic takes, however, my first suggestion would be to think about at least three important vectors to crypto. ONE would be the ACTUAL purpose of a coin. why does it exist and what can it be used for. like with BTC you can…

works for my small box right now, but to be fair I don't monitor that part close enough...

all back to working now, support could find the issue quickly and resolve the problem. awesome, reliable, even on sunday night - thanks Dom!

heya, network in FRA seems troubled... is it just me? VNC works fine, nothing mentioned in network status. yeah of course I opened a ticket, just wanted to check in, if this related to the network/subnet or only mine ;-)
-
weird... I however doubt that there is anything wrong with one of the NVMes at all, whatever hickup that has been then.
-
these NVMe are brand new. there is nothing to argue over for having them replaced. did you power off the server via panel at some point after the first installation? maybe a power loss lead to the broken initial raid sync in the first place...

run smartctl -a against your nvmes to get an idea how worn out they are...

I see and stand corrected. I only remembered about some difference with array_key_exists and isset for key values of null and therefore probably misinterpreted the error message. looking at the update_status function - your are right, $save_status is of type null
-
rather not bulletproof, but more likely to still produce the exact same php notice as can be seen initially. if you look at it closely it is complaining about a value of null , so $save_status in this case probably contains something like 'error' => null ...which would still have array_key_exists being true! to fix it…
-
might still throw a warning, if there is no "error" key in that array ;-)
-
most likely comes down to a comparable issue like with the warning seen in wordpress ;-) coders tend to be lazy and do not properly (pre-)check for cases out of scope, don't initialize vars or simply rely on PHP being forgiving internally and deal with logical errors gracefully. worked for decades... yes.
