• If you want to detach boot volume, you have turned off the instance. If the VM is turned off, the compute resource(RAM, CPU) will be free & anybody can use that compute resource. BTW, in which region are you in?

• There was no internet on my 188.* too. Only VNC worked. Internet start working after rebooting the server from WHM panel. Reboot didn't work for the 45.*. Maybe the IP is still "involucrated".

• I have 512MB one in LUX. Mine performance was fine when I ran yabs. Similar to @corbpie. No performance issue on using the VPS till now. Probably there is some intensive work load going on your node(bad person maybe?). You should get in touch with the support.

• There is an issue with Talk. It shows an error message which hard to read because it redirects very fast to the 'The conversation does not exist" AKA 404 error page. But I have no issue with it as I only use the storage. BTW, the trash issue still exists.
