You can try bitlbee with https://github.com/sm00th/bitlbee-discord/ However i'm not sue if the discord tos allow third party software clients.

currently reworking the lookinglass. If you want, send a dm - let me know the location you are interested in.... i'll provide you with a test-ip. Plus i can run some traceroutes for you (so you can get a more clear picutre of the potential path also towards your destination)

Your feedback is noted. Thank you.

I'm quite confident its still with him. Otherwise there would have been an annoucement of who the will continue with mrvm.

Yeah its true, i have been sort of inactive for the last few months. Lots of stuff going on behind the scenes tho, so stay tuned for some nice updates in the future... Regarding "advertising" forum posts... probably going to skip the "Lets celebrate another year on LET/LES" this year in favor of some plan upgrades or…

wt> @Ympker said: May i suggest an AC LITE flashed with OpenWrt? This will give you a solid range/signal. (ideally ceiling mounted). -However i would use this as a dumb AP and use the rest of the functions from your fritzbox. (because this option lacks the multiple gigabit ports requirements and has no vpn functions by…

@mikho will likely update everyone in due time, when the path forward is clear/finali. Until then i personally wouldn't worry about it, especially since @mikho has a very good track record within this community.

As always the solution is surprisingly simple. Talk to your upstreams: * Make sure you have good communications in place. * Make certain they understand your business model. * Let them know how they can reach you 24/7 (preferably by phone). * BE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE TO ANY ABUSE NOTICES * If possible bring your own…

Thank you for the feedback. :)

Thank you for this reaction! I didn't understand the reference at first. Thanks to you, i have discovered barbershop memes (after searching the image you posted with google image search).
-
I have sent you a message on discord with a few things to consider. I know you are probably downing in work right now. But Let me know if i can help out in any shape/way.
-
I dont belive that is related in the slightest. At least not from my last communications with tom.
-
Damn. Well If you want to look at some options again...Maybe we can still figure out a continuity plan... - you know how to get in touch.
-
Now i also want an OG Tag...
-
I think both @DataIdeas (spring tx,us) and me (us/nl/at) are happy to do that.

If your plan is to have the servers shipped after the rto period, consider location and potential import/shipping duties. :) I was thinking about your request/inquiry. May i suggest that a good compromise would be something like just regularly getting a dedi, but looking into buying the drives for it(ie: bring your own…

RTO is a bit tricky some jurisdictions as it may require a "financial services" license. Especially with older hardware the other question that i will also pose, is if it makes sense financially (considering how much a colo spot would be afterwards). So what i would suggest, is get a few colo offers and then ask if they…

Shame. Having an audited source code would be making your product stand out a bit compared to the competition. So would be the ability to review. (For me specifically, that is 50% of the reason i am running blesta for billing and not whmcs or clientexec ) Yeah i get that point when it comes to licensing. Right now you are…

Looking towards virtualizor: Planning on doing a per node lifetime variant with a moderate updates fee per year? Did you get your platforms coded audited by an independent third party? What parts of the source code will be available for review by license holders?
-
Sure. Feel free to reach out via ticket. :)
-
Happy to assist with both of that. Can do a 100% discount voucher, account credit to them or ....

Sent a ticket - to evaluate if i could provider users with an uninterrupted experience., must be a really bad situation as no response was received. From my point of view that case is closed.

I seem to recall a WHT thread about a part of novos being for sale. I also believe that i inquired about acquisition opportunities, but i am not sure i got a reply. (will check re-check my mail/... later)

The reason why i do not have a support chat on my website, is the same reason why i would be careful with third party support providers. * its hard to find a qualified team (in my opinion, its not worth the hassle, if the support/chat is unable to provide meaningful solutions.) * if you manage to find yourself a qualified…

As i said in the chat, get that disk replaced. Just because we put the mdam raid back together for now, doesnt mean it will be stable in the future. We saw i/o write erors on the ssd before the system dropped the ssd completely. the disk came back after a reboot and we re-added+synced the ssd.
-
Helped a bit via discord, .... mdam should be back in sync for now.

thank you so much for the nice words :)

I'm not sure to be honest. i messed around with a few different distros in the 199x years. Most of that stuff came in the form of cd or floppy. Sourced either from friends or some "magazines" that would also bundle linux distro/install cd/media.

Improving the current offers is something i wanted to do, as things are going really well. I'd rather start a bit on the low end an then see what can be done to improve the user experience of the product. That being said. for the small plan you are looking at around 0.83 eur /month (excl. vat). I do think the pgsql being 1…

I sent you a discount code for 100% the corresponding "small" hosting package for the first year. Feel free to gift it to someone in need.
