My box in SJC-Z005 is back up now. It was migrated from LAX to SJC, not something I expected, but I'm quite happy with it because now I have some redundancy given that my other box with VirMach is in LAX as well. Plus I'm quite happy with having Internap bandwidth?

Sandfox is more like MailChimp (as mentioned in the first link), no? They do everything related to "newsletters" for you. MailChannels is a transactional email service, similar to SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun etc.
