• I thought foreign rates were slapped on top of this. @cociu PayPal is garbage. If you need them, consider setting up a shell company that accepts payments for HostSolutions.ro in the USA that wires money back to Romania (I think wiring money is free).

• If you’re concerned about the budget, consider trying Virtualmin. This is what I use, and I think it works great for my websites.

• My home server has a Windows VM that runs software from both provider.fluidstack.io and packetstream.io. They buy residential bandwidth and then sell it, presumably to bypass datacenter VPN blocking and/or have an interesting CDN.

• Packetstream.io? Fluidstack.io? I lease my residential bandwidth to them, so perhaps they might have residential VPN services.
