• +1 for ISPConfig Im using ISPConfig too and i am quite happy with it. Its very well documented with a lot of guides, frequently updated + there is a support forum. I tried VestaCP once, then there was the hack.. Maybe its time to try out HestiaCP :D

• And up to 100 Sensors are even for free. I used them a looong time ago for some Windows Servers, worked well.

• I use LibreNMS for collecting stats and monitoring servers and services, you can make dashboards but they usually don't look as cool as the dark Grafana ones :) https://docs.librenms.org/Extensions/Dashboards/
