If it is frustrated client, you can dispute it with proper documentation. Stolen cards/unauthorized transactions are where it is an instant loss.

You usually investigate, take down copyrighted material or dispute it with valid explanation. If done within a timely manner, nothing happens. Now it is situation like ddos/CP etc, that's a whole different ball game.
