I want a Pantera PicoPc https://picopc.net/products/pantera-pico-pc-1
-
Hm... The storage is most likely Interserver- they have been typing up with VPN providers, I would pass on the storage and look at the PVN part only- a dollar a month is not bad; $ 3 with static ip.
-
hmm.. best wishes :-)

I prefer getting laid first. Laying ethernet comes secondary

Avoided at best. 100 GB SSD Storage for US $ 130 works out to @ US $ 40 per year- considering approx. 3 year validity of the product (even if it says "Life". IIRC Rootpal is Also available on Stacksocial. Owncube might be an option to consider: https://owncube.com/store/9-years-owncube

This seems to be a case of "Lost in Translation" by Infomaniak support team. They seem to be a mid sized provider 1. Ref: News article on the openstack service Probably referring to Samsung V-NAND? and here. Btw: Did not find a "Dimitri" in team. Probably outsourced sales support. Based on writing style can anyone guess…

Edit: Looks like the codes have been fixed. Singapore: Correct Coupon Code is WEB50 as entered automatically in the order link. Germany: Coupon code in order (Web50) does not work -note the case. WEB25 works. LA,LU not problem with order discount applied in the order link

Two codes mentioned on OGF. Wunderbar if they work! (Or if they don’t, then there’s always soap)

Last game I played was Age of Empires in 2013. So I am hopelessly outdated

@cochon said: 100 GB game ? @bikegremlin nvme heats up. My laptop was running very hot under the Seagate NVMe till I replaced the adapter. Still does to an extent. If the ‘2 disk is used External then Also runs hot on usb enclosure. Aluminium casing helps. Some reading :…

@codelock which laptop is this?

The MoBo supports PCI express 3.0. Do look up Adata and Seagate. Kingston for LE compliance. I use the latter two in addition to Crucial Samsung is prem but if mobo does not support then you will get sub optimised performance

If that is a problem, one can consider other providers rather than fretting about it? If that 10 dollar charge is against PP TOS, then PP may penalize them- also a risk to their business and also customers. Another reason to avoid.
