You'll have a hard time finding a reseller providing decent support. Most resellers sell their plesk licenses with just a few cents profit, not enough for good support. Their forums have been helpful to me most of the time, even though they lack activity. If they couldn't help you, the only choice you have might be…

Isn't PHP8.2 already beta for a while?
-
There's a test download package in the description linked and maybe he's got a lg too.
-
Yes, looks equal, just a "T" exchanged by a "S" in the package describtion.
-
Why not return the Fritz!Box to your ISP and buy a better model (e.g. 7590AX)? I really like Fritz!Box, it has a nice interface and is easy to use (I don't want to spend much time with my home setup).
-
Thanks for pointing this out even though I mean a flash sale ofc, like not only the SAT version but also SYS-5-SSD-32 for this price. ;)
-
Nice offer. Is there anything available with NVMe?
-
Because you mentioned the OGF so many times and this place shouldn't be one that's reacting to the OGF, I think it'd be good to not adopt to their behavior in any form.
-
Have the Italy and Spain locations been upgraded to 10Gbit/s actually? The docs still say 1Gbit/s for these locations.
-
Will you stop using CloudLinux OS then?
-
Reinstall once using the reinstall button and after this your VM is in their new format and you can start over with an ISO installation.
-
All of their panels have been down but now they're up again for me.
-
Why not use ::1 then?
-
I cannot find the post right now but somebody on the OGF said his VM was migrated but then moved back.

It's a difference if you ask this in a forum or if you create a support ticket for it. Support tickets cause overhead at staff being dedicated to help peoeple where as in the forum it's mostly answered by other members or left as it is (what you can't do with a support ticket as I pointed out in my previous answer). If he…
-
Should he include additional support time at his next offers and double the price? Imo the behavior of the OP is bold and I wonder why so many defend it. If I remember people posting they're waiting months to get a reply, these kind of tickets (definitely not just this single one, rather a couple hundret all together) add…
-
Not the fact you've changed this is a problem imo but if this has been 9TB for 2 years and now it'll be 8TB, a short notice would be nice that this will happen and is an intended change.
-
Ok, I could've been more precisely in my first reply, sorry this has lead to unnecessary tickets. On the other hand, if you described earlier that a reinstallation will cause this (destroy and recreation), it'd have reduced confusion as well because this makes clear the reinstallation and not migration is the cause, hence:
-
This is before migration: vda 254:0 0 20G 0 disk├─vda1 254:1 0 1007K 0 part├─vda2 254:2 0 512M 0 part└─vda3 254:3 0 19.5G 0 part / This after migration and after reinstall: vda 254:0 0 18.6G 0 disk├─vda1 254:1 0 18.5G 0 part /├─vda14 254:14 0 3M 0 part└─vda15 254:15 0 124M 0 part /boot/efi
-
Did you use the full disk space before migration? They switched from Gib to GB, means 100GiB at the old panel become 100GB during migration which equals 93,2GiB.
-
You cannot download BillingServ, it is SaaS, so hosted in the cloud. If you mean whether you can sell downloadable products, maybe there's a module for this.
-
I must be doing something wrong. I'm doing things I don't have time for and take on more things than I've time for. Haha no but it's quite a big task you've taken on yourself now I suppose, recalling all the topics about NBs recent non-existent support. ;)
-
That "non-routed" is called linked ipv6 I guess, something that solusvm does.
-
@Jord how do you manage your time? Will we see a drop in quality of support for BillingServ and SmallWeb?
-
Do you have IPv6 connectivity or is it just available in the panel?
-
No, the VM stays on the host node (maybe not physically the same but equal setup like CPU etc.).
-
What does your /etc/network/interfaces, netplan or network-manager config look like?
-
Why can only the old images be selected for reinstallation (like Debian 10) but not the new ones (like Debian 11)? The new AMD ones from black friday and later?
-
Does the legacy button have any particular meaning like is it removed on reinstallation or will it remain to distinguish between Intel E5 and AMD instances?
-
They're migrating all remaining locations expect for Asia and North Europe this week, aren't they?
-
It's just a brand. Their parent company, nerivon.com, appears to be around for longer and fullfilled one or the other local (public?) contract for web development. Never heared of them though but you can find one or the other thing about them and their director. Still no guarantee.
-
Hostmantis should remain such "set and forget" host as their staff moved along and it seems like the new hosts isn't known for bad support.
-
They stated new account and everything will happen around August 1st so there's a couple weeks left to send information about this.
-
Apparently Narivon is the parent company and dynamichosting just another brand of them. Got a weired email but seems legit as it contains my product cancellation date (which is already cancelled, my account apparently still exists even though I requested deletion).
