• Presently are you using Cpanel or directadmin? I think even reseller account is good for you, VPS not needed for present requirement as upgrades can be done at any point of time.

• Yes .. thats correct as far as I know I guess presently Plesk and Cpanel are owned by same investment company and now they are just looking for returns for the investment they have done.
