Looks like I'm getting my replacement, just got an empty invoice and a new item in my client area. Seems to have a 2TB HDD as well, an upgrade from the 1TB one I had before. One down, 2 to go!

Every time you make a new reply, you put yourself in the bottom of the ticket queue. Try to list out all your points in one message to avoid accidentally extending your wait time.

sad about the indian container, I quite liked my exotic idler. No big loss since I never ended up doing anything with it though. Very impressed with the non idle services I have though!

I feel like a storage VM should at least have 2x the bandwidth compared to the disk space, 2TB bandwidth on this plan would be a bit more attractive I think.
