I went with AIHoster.com (previously netsys-online.com) Can't find cheaper than that I wish Hetzner start selling Plesk licenses for their cloud @Hetzner_OL, I get "Unfortunately, we do not provide Plesk licenses for cloud servers." when I contacted them via ticket
