Yeah I did not like the solus tdn template because it uses ext3 I only made some of the single partition templates.
-
Offers are indexed, only exclusive offers are non public.
-
I don't have any use for it personally but its a great deal when it is working well, I applaud the beta testers, I just hope people understand they bought a beta product :)
-
oopsie! lol, a good problem to have I suppose.
-
@bikegremlin :)
-
Yes, I noticed, thank you :) and that was the point I noticed I setup the promo code wrong and it is still active until midnight tonight (2 hours from now) rather than midnight yesterday! haha. No problem though, it has been honoured. Ant.
-
oh wow, I really like that.
-
Move to KVM, it has significantly wider support and you will have many more options. If you do decide to go with Xen anyway please make sure it is at least Xen HVM not Xen PV.
-
haha, no worries, well you have about 3 hours of promotion time left :)
-
Late? It is still active
-
if you can give me an idea of what you want/need in an ideal world I can price it up for you.
-
Half price and double disk is a bit of a stretch sorry.
-
What did you have in mind?
-
promotion code fixed, sorry I had te recurring times set to 50 rather than the percentage discount :)
-
Yeah same and then there is this place on top!
-
Reading that I just realised who you are :) keeping busy?
-
Good lord why do you have that many!
-
I think a lot of companies here know where to go for future logos @DianTama do you do this professionally or just hobby work?
-
@Jord makes sense yes, it is always a concern though as you practically have to do a 4-year degree in GDPR these days to understand even 60% of it fully, Essentially I think the reason I prefer a none SAAS model is because ultimately the backstops with me and the consequences are mine for any choices I make. with SAAS I…

Interesting read, when it came to BF/CM I could not even get them to do any sort of plan for LES users, not even for less money possibly just some unique features, zero-cost advertising. They are always welcome to advertise here for free though, I think taking the stance of "We will not advertise at all" sounds great but…
-
It is certainly cheap enough, half the price of WHMCS. My concern is I have no idea what GDPR regulations I am breaching or potentially breaching or how to answer one of my own customer's questions about hosting their data on another companies infrastructure. @Jord perhaps you could add some detail around that, for…
-
To be fair WHMCS are making a lot of SAAS noises these days anyway that said I would not personally elect for a SAAS option as a first choice even for a better product, simply because I don't want to deal with the minefield of gdpr and data processing on a 3rd party platform.

Yeah many will give you 5V / 2A but some weaker ones only deliver 5V/1A/1.3A or less but really my point was more about being able to offer that for hours and hours on end at a stable rate if you put some load on a generic USB charger and them measure the draw on a component you might see s shitty one wavering from 4.7V to…
-
Keep in mind that overclocking the pi 4b is trivial, with a good PSU you can go to 2 - 2.2 GHz with a $1 heat sync and a good quality PSU. That allows it to do a fair bit more.
-
No, but you can be sure someone will complain about it using the following sentence structure: "I know it is only $4 but..."
-
I am not quite sure what it is, I have not been able to fully make sense of the "hmm" in my head but they can't possibly promote the use of alma as standard, at least not over CL, CL costs $14 /month after all. So conversion is still required anyway in exactly the same way as it's supposed to be 1:1 if they slightly change…
-
I dunno, feels kind of like offering a man that died of starvation a meal at this point.
-
yep, you could be right, but I am more thinking of the 'extras' outside of the 1:1 which is essentially their entire business model, I suppose time will be the judge :)
-
Well, given that it is a commercial entity that already charges for everything else I have to have at least some sceptisism, if not for the core then there will be some integration like paid auto-patching al la KernelKare with the poor relation model.
-
Well, that's a floodgate waiting to be opened :D
