Congrats! They're nice!

@yoursunny Wow! Your tutorials are so well written! Always a pleasure to read because of how well written they are, regardless of whether I am relatively more or less interested in the content. The screenshot seems to say "Network Bandwidth (Gbps): 0.48" Are people using Oracle Cloud any better protected from "surprise…

We are not going to beat the alliterative awesomeness of "Because dee dee ha didts day." Of course, no matter how poetic, a phrase still might not be a logo. "A phrase does not a logo make." Moreover, it's probably an issue that a few | some | many people might not know about dd. Here's a terrible visual logo idea: a…

@gks It's okay to tag me. No worries! :) What does your service do? Is the code open source?

I don't go over to the other forum very much, so I didn't know about this at all. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully! So does everyone else also deserve to be treated! @seriesn just might be the world's nicest guy! He especially deserves to be treated respectfully, because, truly, he serves as an example of…

@yoursunny Thanks! This is great! ? Apparently, people could use a public NAT64 service with my Premium $7 Deal. Apparently, I even might be able to run the VXLAN on the host node or on another dual 4,6 connected VPS so that my IPv6-only clients could easily access IPv4 via VXLAN. ??

@seenu Wow! I'm really glad you finally found something you like for both specifications and price! Congrats! :)

I like this understated style. :)

@seenu might be interested @yoursunny is right: I do still have "vacant rooms" on my AX51, and it will be full soon. You would be more than welcome if you want to join! :)

I often think about how hard it would be for me if the language of the forum were something other than English! I would make a lot of mistakes! So, please keep at the English without being embarrassed! ? :) Best wishes and kindest regards! ?

If we have a rules free BF and a rules free Xmas, why shouldn't we have rules free all-the-time? I vote for having no rules. Just, "Be awesome!" all-the-time. :) :)

Hi @havoc! It sounds like you might be asking how a user could be given access to the Proxmox web GUI without also getting quite a bit of admin control. If I understood your question, the answer might be that Proxmox has a versatile and fine grained permission system Awhile back, @Mason and @seriesn were kind enough to…

Generic Routing Encapsulation. https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1701 It's awesome how GRE becomes "Magic" in marketspeak. :) I'd better start keeping a closer eye on my Maximum Segment Size! :) Maybe, if I get everything just exactly right, my server could offer Magic Graduate Record Encapsulation! Wow! :) Thanks again @ehab!
-
Hi @ehab! Thanks for your suggestion to limit bandwidth! By the way, what's a GRE? In the US, GRE is "Graduate Record Examination." Like the SAT ("Scholastic Aptitude Test" a/k/a "college boards"), but for graduate school.

Once the user does enough push-ups, the 2 GB IPv6 plan becomes the "Reseller" version, because we can add 1 x /96 IPv6 (4,294,967,296 IPv6 addresses) for only $1/mo. With additional push-ups, the 2 GB plan maybe could be "split" (the opposite of "stacked"?): maybe I could do 4 x 500 GB + 4 x /128 IPv6 for the same price as…

Thanks for helping me fix my mistakes! Bandwidth is shared, fair use, 1 Gbps, supposedly unlimited, but I don't know what happens if the server actually uses all the bandwidth 24/7. Hetzner seems to have additional 1 Gbps NICs and 10 Gbps NICs as extra cost add ons. The 10 Gbps costs something like10 Euros per month extra,…
