Yup I have one, apps can be installed on it via the Google Playstore + via USB as well (install any file manager off the play store and you can access USB to install other APKs). It depends on the version of noVNC used, some of the versions off GitHub support a lot more features than the ones bundled with SolusVM / Virtualizor from what I've seen, for example the one that comes along with Proxmox has this clipboard feature enabled too. The improvements listed for NVIDIA related stuff is really good, very close (if not the same) level of GPU support/management as PopOS! has.
