There's some nice stuff. I believe @vyas bought InVideo and WPreset there and found it to be quite useful. @404error got RelayThat and some other stuff from there iirc. I, myself, am happy with Quebely and Crello there which I purchased there. Both have served me well. But I believe Stacksocial to have a bit more solid…

Haven't tried it yet but will sign up for their free plan to check it out. The websites, features, producthunt and other LTD reviews and some random youtube video in it made me think it looks like a good deal though. API is nice to have ofc :) Status page looks cool (judging from their own). You can also stack codes from…

Yes, that'd be great! :)

Sorry, I haven't read any of the previous comments, but it would be great if there was an option/addon for an advanced search function. Today, I wanted to post something in @vyas thread All Things WordPress Discussions and I couldn't remember the name. So I searched for "wordpress" and "wordpress discussion" as I figured…

Apple at it again..

That sucks :/ Best wishes to those affected! Hopefully things'll work out quickly :)

Thanks for the feedback! Sounds like a plan. Yeah, definitely ;) Was just a sample video, loosing the task bar will be no problem.

@SmallWeb was maintaining a Blesta KB written project iirc. Afaik @mikho took over. Thanks for the feedback! ;) Left out the "it's ympker" note, in case I'd be going the white-label route :P

Thanks mate :)

Thanks for the feedback! There was some Blesta KB and cPanel KB for sale from some guy here on the forums (or the other community), I think. Thought a Video KB for DA might be a nice thing to make. Not sure yet if I'm gonna make it free/donation-based or a one off fee. Will see. Just checking the options rn and see where I…

Great to hear! Maybe this can help you: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-data-protection/guide-to-the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/accountability-and-governance/contracts/ Found the article a while ago. I think the ICO is some UK institution for this kinda legal stuff, so probably helpful (I hope)?…

I think I did send you the link in the ticket :)

Just dropping this here: https://e-justice.europa.eu/content_small_claims-42-en.do

@AnthonySmith @MikePT maybe this template can be of use to you :) https://gdpr.eu/data-processing-agreement/

Just great to see the love with which @jarland runs his business that is MXroute. All the best for the future ;)

@WSCallum did you remove the list of data processors from the privacy policy? I believe when I opened this thread under your GDPR Data Processor statement in the Privacy Policy you listed HostMantis for Singapore and other data processors respectively. Poli on HB just tagged me and the information seems indeed to be gone.

Found this nice summary or Wordpress 5.5 update:
-
GZIP can be done on server level, although not all shared hosts offer it iirc. HM does though iirc.
-
Has anyone had any experience with the following wp-config settings? Might be better than using even more plugins: /* Compression */ define( 'COMPRESS_CSS', true ); define( 'COMPRESS_SCRIPTS', true ); define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); define( 'ENFORCE_GZIP', true );
-
I see myself copy pasting across the two forums, too. Someone should already write a plugin to do that.
-
I think it's always wait for a .x.x version like 5.5.x . Patching on a new major version like 5.5. often breaks things. Divi users in a FB group have been having issues, too.

For businesses it's a paid plan again ?
-
It would be great if you could pm me about this :)
-
For this plugin, did you need to enter license key?
-
Thanks! Yeah, codecanyon are usually one-site licenses. Although, some plugins require an api key and some dont (to track installs). I think I saw it on codecanyon earlier today. Looks good, like many others, but will probably be a necessary upsell for future clients.
-
I'd also not bother as much in your place. But for all good it might bring to user's privacy it's just a helplessly unclear mess and pita tbh. As if any client/customer will ever read all that anyway.
-
Thanks for the mention :) Is that for unlimited websites, or for one website? Per month or one time?
-
Technically, asap as Europeans visit your website you'd need it iirc. But yeah, you got some leeway there.
