• Off topic, but have you had problems with the i7 crashing? I'm on my third one now and they all freeze up (almost) every day. :( I had a E3-1245v2 from their auction that was excellent and sort of regret letting that go in favor of the i7, but needed the extra space (4x6TB).

• Almost upset that the storage plan has double CPU, RAM and bandwidth than the BF special I bought, but the service is awesome and frankly I don't need it, so I'm just pretending! ;) Highly recommended!

• You could also check IntoVPS. AFAIK they're not present on any of the lowend forums, but they have been solid for me. Their 10€ package suits most of your requirements except the disk space, but if you go for their Cluj location they offer 40% discount and there they have block storage you can add.
