UltraVPS SAS-Special-2 https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/14993320 (a bit worse than expected, probably because everone is still hammering this) Nexusbytes EU Storage Mega MT https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/14993468 (I believe this one's back in stock, isn't it @seriesn?)

Hostdoc UK NVMe (Xeon 2136) https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/14990125 AlphaVPS KVM BF special https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/14993248 (fair enough for such a cheap VPS)

Doubled up to 4 gigs of RAM. Was secretly hoping for double storage, but quite happy with this too!

The good doctor @HostDoc prescribed just what I needed. Now to find out what will get Doubled Up.... ------------------------------------------------- nench.sh v2019.07.20 -- https://git.io/nench.sh benchmark timestamp: 2019-12-02 12:31:16 UTC-------------------------------------------------Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R)…

I’m actually still looking for an NVMe VPS to idle the sh*t out of. Somewhere in the range of 2 cores, 20GB storage, 2GB RAM. Preferably in NL/UK/FR. My real cyber Monday wish.

I ordered the SAS 2, as it was more than enough for what I was looking for. Very impressed with the performance.

This would have been it.

Well what RIPE says is how it should be. And there will be companies that return their priceless (as in it didn’t cost them a thing) IP-adresses to RIPE. But that’ll be a very small minority. IPv4 is just for companies who can afford it. Has been that way for a while now.
-
Meanwhile I don’t even have dual stack IPv6 at my home connection. ISP says it’s ‘unnecessary’.

I've been thinking about this since I saw this new topic. I may be getting old or I'm more conservative than I though but I sometimes think it's funny that younger colleagues tell me 'watching series' is one of their hobbies. Is this a worldwide trend or just in The Netherlands and Flanders? I don't really watch a lot of…

AlphaVPS does this for all VPS above €5, but you'd have to open a ticket for this.
-
Ah, very clear!
-
@HostDoc When I compare the offers on your homepage they are different than the packages on @Ympker’s list. All sold out though. What’s up with that?
-
Is this active in Luxembourg as well or just in LV?
-
Forgot one earlier, if you don't mind the higher price point TransIP.eu is a good choice too. Has always been rock solid for us.
-
It depends on your definition of premium, but First Root is a very good option. So, I second @uptime on this. PHP-Friends is also a provider to consider.

Lekker!

No difference.

Yup.

iPadOS 13.2.2, Safari 13.0.2

On my iPad I can’t get in my profile. The colour of the icon changes, but nothing happens. As if there’s no action defined.
-
It's not really a bug per se (you could say it's a feature) but the theme scales back to mobile view when using my iPad in portrait mode. That's not a good fit for a screen that size. Furthermore navigation in this mobile view is a bit cumbersome. Breaks nothing, so I don't expect any fixes soon. Just for the backlog.

Which is probably true. When my VPS got provisioned the scores were a bit higher as well.

How about the geekbench for an infamous Online.net Start-3-S-SSD? https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/14917333

This one for the PHP Friends schnupperspecial VPS. Which is a good VPS for playing around, testing a bit, a bit of devving. So, overall, am happy with it. Network is also fast my man. I do, however, have the idea that the multicore performance could have been a bit better. Get quite some stealtime now and then aswell. So…
