@Mason: I totally agree with this. You got to have more than one benevolent dictator to run a forum. Especially if you want the community to grow. Maybe you even need two administrators, which is what @mikho says. It’s in the interest of the community that power is divided among more people. However, there should be one or…

I nominate @Mason Why? He has experience and knows the tricks of the trade. I think he’s one of the most level headed people in the LE-world and objective too.
-
Well that’s a message that I can endorse.
-
If someone from here said this to me, I'd call the doctor.
-
That's business. Everyone knows low end hosting has razor thin margins, consolidation leads to synergy so the margin gets a bit larger. I'd rather have a provider that's part of a trusted larger business (emphasis on trusted) than a one man show that might fail any moment.

Haha never mind, I can wait. Normal pricing is pretty good either way.

My reaction to other networks usually is "ugh, not Clouvider", but to each his own I guess.
-
I think this is good news. A reliable provider is acquired by another reliable provider and pricing stays the same (we hope). So, where are my AMS launch deals at?
-
Nice typo if I may say so myself.

I think your love Nekki Hercules deservers at least 60% off. At least!
-
I’m very curious. But I think you have us all confused because of your disability to put dots on a map. :p
-
The edge of that dot literally goes over the place where I live. But it’s so huge that it also goes over Roubaix.
-
I didn’t even know they offer services in Düsseldorf. Thought they only served from Munich. Used them a few years ago, back then it was so-so. Performancewise not the best, uptime was good.
-
Can they even do that? How do they keep customers? Oh wait, let me guess, they’re a monopolist?
-
Is it just me or are @Clouvider s iperf servers always busy? Especially those in London and LA.
