Should be 100% since I ordered the VPS on midnight and have no time to set it up so I turned it off and forget about it for some days :P I guess they're tired from people asking about Singapore availability in tickets and you're unlucky. Good luck finding another provider.

I just reinstalled the OS from 18.04 to 20.04, got the VPS rebuilt email with IP x.x.x.139. Went to setting things up and leave it for an hour. Then when I want to login, it got rejected (Permission denied) so I look at the VPS info in the client zone and see the OS reverted back to 18.04 and the IP changed (x.x.x.14).…
