Ah, I missed it... Can someone screenshot me what it looked like? Btw, I'm using chrome addon Stylus now to use the css I posted. It works great as a temporary dark mode for my browsers in the mean-time.

Hope @AnthonySmith decides to use it. I can think of a few ways to implement cookie based theme change but that would require a JS script to set the cookie and a JS script to load the css as long as the cookie is valid. But for both, I need access to the theme files. Also as I said before, I'm not that good at JS or…

Updated CSS to fix the attachment display.

Ah, yea, I came up with my own one btw. See if this is something you want to use as a "dark theme". All you need to do to implement this is upload the CSS file and add it to your header file of the theme. Just ensure this is the "LAST" line before the tag. Homepage: Reply box: Code blocks:

+1 to this.

I'm using AMD Ryzen on my home proxmox server as well. If I get the chance to upgrade my gaming PC, I would get an amd as well (currently Intel). So ya, if others also think like me, amd have and will be taking Intel for everything they have.

But it's great to use it to mod the style and once it's complete, you can just offer it as an add on css in the method I mentioned over PM.

Why not just propose to install the stylus plugin so each user can have their own experience? https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stylus/clngdbkpkpeebahjckkjfobafhncgmne/

Agree with your there. I didn't like the looks of hostballs for some reason as well. But having a theme chooser might be nice. It'll be well in the future, but it might be nice.

Once I get some time on a desktop, I'll look into sending @AnthonySmith a css mod to darken the bg. I would prefer to have a full dark mode but I don't think you guys wants another hostballs. I'll also see what's up with the reply box. The line gaps here are too big.

Another way forms do that is by a prompt before they can comment. Something like a warning to say this thread is one and you should only reply to this if you think it's really relevant. Otherwise you will get a warning.

Erm, cause I want to contribute my thoughts on that topic?

I agree with @poisson there. I won't think necroposting falls under rule 1.

Throw in a font-weight: bolder; in there as well. Also, its best if you edit the whole block as it'll cover announcements as well: .DataList .HasNew.HasNew, .DataList .NewCommentCount, .DataList .Tag-Announcement, .DataTableWrap .HasNew.HasNew, .DataTableWrap .NewCommentCount, .DataTableWrap .Tag-Announcement, .MessageList…

No Singapore! The blasphemy!

I feel that I reported this already but I cant find it here. So after you comment, the https breaks as the user avatar right after post submission is loaded without https. <img src="http://talk.lowendspirit.com/uploads/userpics/223/nLBTROFRN3JQF.gif" alt="somik" class="ProfilePhoto ProfilePhotoMedium" title="" style="">…

LOL! Thats why we are suggesting to come up with a new logo design contest. One man doing it all is never going to be fast enough.

Site's color scheme is white-green, favicon is blue-white...

I have my own modified version here: https://somik.org/server-status-display-modified/

Exactly!

Why not host it on a distributed network? Wait, then it wont be LowEnd anymore!

I dont know much about vanilla, but from what I can see, the script and theme still has a long way to go. Did anyone try to edit their post after posting (without reloading)? The text area is HUGE! Happens on mobile BTW.
