Nice to see you on LES @nem & ApisCP is really good. 100/100 for all the effort you have put into developing it.

Inception Hosting is A+

My honest piece of advice is to focus on your local clients for selling vps or sell them somewhere where you can at least get paid your listed regular pricing. Or Restrict yourself to selling shared & reseller hosting only & wait until you can colo top spec servers at reliable datacenters to offer vps. Those providers who…

Blesta Owned Lifetime Blesta does not offer discounts on support renewal so you will have to pay $39/year to renew it.

LES is not run by a scammer. That is enough for me to consider it over LET

Stop making LES a dirty place by promoting scammers here

Professional scammers & con artists think that others are jealous of them but in reality people sorry for the miserable lives of those lowlife asshole scammers. I know a professional scammer named Jon whose latest scam project is a hosting company with "nerd" in its name. He can try to hide behind "Dust" but some people…

+1 for Hostmantis

I visit WHT & LET only when someone sends me a link on discord to some drama thread & LES at least once a day

That $750 license is Blesta owned lifetime which is only sold by Blesta. What licensecart is selling is known Blesta owned unbranded which is also lifetime but you have to pay $39 support & upgrade fee per year which is optional. Licensecart & some other resellers including Licensepal conceal this fact

Thanks for sharing it @Dewlance

Welcome to LES mate!

It seems Blesta is going to get the majority chunk of those looking to migrate away from WHMCS & if Blesta play their cards wisely they can bag even some of those who target premium market. For that they will have to provide them premium features that they are looking for. Otherwise HostBill is going to take them away.…

FLOSS looks great in theory but no such viable options exist for billing as a hosting provider. The closest alternative you will find is Blesta which is open source & can be easily modified to make it suitable for use case of every hosting provider.

Belgium is like a rare location. @AnthonySmith if you manage to find an appropriate offer from a DC for hardware + IPv4 then I suggest you do it. Much better than offering DE or NL if a VPS provider manages to find a nice deal for that location.

Which one do you think is better, ISPConfig or KeyHelp?

@wdmg Congratulations on moving to Hostbill :)

+1 for this great idea by Ant the great!
-
I agree that pricing should not be unsustainable but a 5x-10x price increase overnight is going to hurt any business
-
With this dick of a move what they have said indirectly is "Thanks for supporting the development of WHMCS in the past by buying owned licenses but now just fuck off" After what they have done I think those with owned licenses should not trust them anymore & start looking for alternatives Expect a big price hike soon as…

@Francisco was the first one to predict it https://talk.lowendspirit.com/index.php?p=/discussion/comment/33208/#Comment_33208

As I said in OP that there can be many other factors but am just trying to get a rough idea of what hosting companies as well as end users (as price increase of software affects both) think as to how much price increase is fair & is not a toll on their wallet.

You guys should check out my previous posts under this & previous account. I have predicted this numerous times that it will repeatedly happen to all their brands. WHMCS is next
