I don't use Skype, but I'm available for some freelance work, feel free to PM.

It’s stupidly cheap even today, you just need to wait on the waiting list.
-
If you need something <100GB, we’re happy to provide, but we’d want yearly payment. Feel free to reach out! Always happy to do custom plans.
-
You can ask your provider for a hard-cap if you’re willing to accept some downtime until resolved bandwidth. However, if you consistently go over I’d suggest just upgrading to have additional bandwidth. Alternatively, you can do proactive monitoring, have custom alerts sent to you (eg, nagios) when criteria is reached, etc.

I half want to suggest an offloaded database system that will handle it properly for you, especially if you’re not willing to learn a bit on the workings, performance, etc.

Throw away the rules huh? I must’ve missed that, but I’d like to throw this one in: Full Cabinet in Toronto * 2x110v 30A (A/B), meaning 4 total power lines, two A/B for you, two A/B to resell the customers * 10Gbps burst (2Gbps dedicated) * 40Gbps DDoS Protection * Free BGP Sessions * 24/7/365 Access * 10Gbps TorIX PTP MMR…

Looks like we’ve found a hit! Contracted Korey Varcoe.

Anycast IPs can be leased from us on an individual IP basis, however, for those with existing IP blocks, they can bring them and we can announce them for them.
-
Right now we only do some nodes with VMs, we do however offer Kubernetes on our edge, you can deploy small workloads (resource restrictions apply).
-
We just ran out of stock. If we reject an order we will have stock appear once more. That was quicker than expected!

If you’d like anything written about high-scale packet processing, ddos mitigation and filtering >500Gbps and 50M+ requests per second, our team’s happy to contribute. Feel free to send me a message about it.
-
DDoS protection is available upon request, and subject to additional fee (up to 300Gbps mitigation).
-
Feel free to reach out via form or in message

This is effectively it. While we do have presence in the POPs, some aren’t available to be direct with us. For example, we don’t plan to offer VMs/Dedicateds in Australia, but we do in Toronto. If the GRE tunnel is an issue, we’re open to PNIs or L2TP.
-
We have that on our platform, you can set rate limits. We just require you obtain a dedicated (soon to be anycast) IP from us.
-
Not a hosting provider, but also happy to sponsor a /24 or chip in money towards operational costs.
-
Just curious, what did you run for block storage?
-
As we mentioned in the ticket we can provide a static IP. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response if you wanted to proceed. Feel free to reply if you’d like one!

I’m using either visual studio code & remote SSH, or any Jetbrains IDE with local copy & SFTP push. They both have their downsides, overall VSC is nicer setup experience.

If you’re needing a layer of protection filtering, you’re welcome to try out cloud protection (https://talk.lowendspirit.com/discussion/1065/ddos-mitigation-as-a-service-http-https-select-game-servers-free-trial-available#latest). While I can’t sit here and assure you we’ll block them by default (without seeing a pcap/more…

For some reason I never got that ping notice... anyway.... I’d just report it to OVH, drop it with iptables, or open OVH IP management, add firewall rule, drop the OVH IP there with a hard reject. If you’re very concerned, pick up the phone and nudge them. But I’m doubtful OVH will do much about it, considering that one of…

Which POP(s) would you like test IPs for?
-
Cheers, I appreciate that!
-
If anyone would like a trial, please let me know. I'm willing to extend 24 hour free trials if you're interested in our service. Thanks!
-
I’m not in a position to give you an answer to this question as we haven’t conducted 1-1 tests. This being said, if you would like to try it we can extend to you a $10 for 10TB of bandwidth trial. Please let me know if you’d like to proceed!
-
Oh darn, that's been fixed! Thank you very much for pointing that out! We're speaking about world-wide capacity.

fail2ban can do most of what you’ll want. If you need to ban large amounts of IPs, may I suggest... ipset for banning with iptables, then iprange to consolidate ranges
-
Hi all, I’ll have one more reseller slot available in about 24 hours time. Please let me know if you would like to claim it. Cheers
