There have been some wondering about the progress of our bandwidth upgrade. I made a deal with Cogent because their bandwidth was reasonable and their ipv4 cost was a lot cheaper than some others.

Try using a ftp client on the server itself. This eliminates any outside influences. If its still slow on the server then check the ftp configuration.

I wasn't really suggesting that an accountant was not needed. Again the account is responsible for knowing the laws and know what to do with the information that the company tracked. Usually here in …
