Provider-managed backups included?
Backups can be downloaded into customer's own machines (in addition to provider-managed backups)?
Downloaded backups can be restored into the infrastructure?
CPU persistent 100% allowed (if needed by the application)?

Yes, we provide off-site backups that are encrypted and stored on a remote backup server. You are allowed 1 off site backup per app.
Snapshots can be restored automatically with a single click. You can also download your database and snapshots with a click whenever.
CPU is shared among all apps. Most applications in our catalog require very little CPU, so even our heavier app users generally don't affect other apps. If needed, we load balance workloads across our pool.
We sell CPU at a 2:1 ratio. Ram and disk aren't over sold.
If you are migrating from another platform we offer raw SQL dump you can restore within the panel and SFTP so you can upload your own data. What we can't do is accept snapshots of old containers outside of our platform.
Just rying this. Interesting idea. First problem is this LET discount offers only 1gb ram and its not enough to use many of these apps.
Also some apps dont work after default install. Like heimdall. Or actually it works, but very very slow to start. Even system tells its up and running.
Oh well, Irc calibernode. Console doesnt work, so i cannot make user and password to access it. Seem like they havent tested most of these apps do they really work.

To set expectations up front this offer is sized for small, light apps not heavy workloads or database-intensive apps. Every app in our catalogue is boot tested before its added, but these are upstream open source projects, and a change on the developer's end can occasionally make one behave oddly. We stand behind what we sell. If you see something acting up, open a ticket most of the time we have it sorted quickly.
As far as the console issue I've identified the issue quickly and deployed a patch.

We're ultimately trying to bring something different to the table something that really hasn't been done quite this way before. Maintaining a catalog this large isn't easy. There are a ton of moving parts, from post install scripts and database provisioning to making sure the timing between the database and application is just right.
Our goal is to fill the gap between buying a low end VPS and spending the time manually installing, configuring, securing, and maintaining the same apps you were going to run anyway. We want to take away that headache or try too anyway.
Do we always get everything right? Of course not. Sometimes we miss something or run into an issue. Especially when a developer pushes an update that breaks our deployments.
Transparency is also extremely important to us. We don't want to hide what's happening behind the scenes.
Can I host adguard home?

@calibernode Is it possible to have an account that I use for my employer with their money, but also an account that I use for my personal usage. I.e., one would be for my non-profit employer and would technically be their account under my name, but then also have a personal account also under my name. The email addresses and payment forms are different.
Yes you can do this. Please submit a ticket before the other account is created so I can be sure the account isn't flagged.

Maybe "chatmail" could be an app?
A few apps people ask for AdGuard Home, mail servers, game/voice servers. Our app hosting shares one IP and proxies everything over HTTP. That's what keeps it cheap. Apps like that need their own dedicated IP and raw TCP/UDP ports.
We could sell dedicated IPs. But I don't want to do the thing where an app looks available and then you find out you have to buy an add-on to make it work. That's a paywall and it's not how I want this to run. So for now those apps just aren't in the catalogue rather than being dangled behind a purchase.
Dedicated IPs as a proper opt-in add-on is something we might do down the line ā if it happens it'll be its own clearly priced thing not a hidden requirement. I'd love to add everything to the catalog but it has to make sense. We've considered Ipv6 however that'll just bring a bunch of tickets.
Ok, let's see how this goes. $10/year is not much and those minimal-resource apps can be, for me at least, a bit of hassle to set up sometimes, plus reverse proxying stuff and whatnot. I don't know if it's my "favorite" app because I'm trying it for the first time, but LubeLogger to track car maintenance is what I'm giving a shot.

FYI, I host adguard home behind reverse proxy, it works as DNS over HTTPS server rather than port 53 UDP too

I believe if you make it listen on https instead of http, it exposes /dns-query on the same port
