Packetra here. Privacy-focused hosting, Finland and Switzerland, trading as ASPB Limited (Hong Kong, company no. 79739840). I have been in the hosting industry 16 years.
The reason for this post: until recently our Finland VPS capacity was leased from a large provider. As of this month, all new Finland VPS orders provision on hardware we own, colocated in Turku. Same pricing, our own metal, our own network config. The older leased Helsinki nodes stay in place for existing customers.

We also run a 10 Gbit metered line in Finland from €19.90/mo (1 TB) if you want the port speed instead of the flat allowance. Switzerland is available on the same plan sizes.

Bandwidth, stated honestly
The 1 Gbit plans are unmetered, not unlimited. There is a fair use benchmark of roughly 15 TB per month. It is not a hard cap and nothing gets cut off automatically. If you are heading somewhere unusual we contact you and talk about it first. Multiple services from the same customer on the same host are counted together.
Payments
Bitcoin and Monero through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server, so no third party sits between you and the payment. Other altcoins via CoinPayments. PayPal and Wise also accepted.
No KYC at signup. An email address is enough.
Billing is monthly or semi-annual, with 10% off on semi-annual. Longer cycles exist in the portal, but we have only been trading since January and I am not going to push anyone into a long commitment with a company this young.
Refunds
No money-back guarantee on VPS. That applies to our shared and WordPress plans only. I would rather say that plainly here than have someone find out after ordering. Ask me anything before you buy and I will answer straight.
