    1. b) On VDS services, resource use intense enough to harm other VDS instances is prohibited. This problem is generally caused by intensive network, disk and CPU activity.

If "intensive CPU activity" harms other VDS instances, it's not a VDS. That's misleading marketing.

    1. c) Running any proxy application is prohibited.

    Boo.

    1. e) No file-sharing or peer-to-peer application may be operated.

Do you realize that P2P is for more than just file-sharing? This would ban, for example, Syncthing relays.

Eniyisunucum reserves the right to reset the password of any VDS or rented server service it supplies. The customer is responsible for keeping a valid email address and root password registered in our system.

    What the actual fuck?

Can you please explain why you feel the need to have users' root passwords?

It's a Turkish company. You're confused that the Turkish company has a Turkish name?

Not at all, just that it's quite a long company name.

    LMGTFY:

"Turkish legal company names are long because Turkish commercial law requires every official trade name to include three mandatory parts: a distinctive brand name, a description of the company's business activity in Turkish, and the specific corporate structure."

He'll ignore it, and after 2 more downvotes he'll get his tag rejected and will probably never say anything here again.

As a reminder, this is not LET, an ounce more respect would be appreciated 👍

Posting childish remarks on profiles and using aggressive language to ask questions on terms and conditions is just childish.

While I agree with the sentiment, showing a little bit of class goes a long way.

If you have questions that's fine, if there are things you don't like or agree with, that's also fine, please don't get personal.

I understand there is a fine line between humour and being a dick about things, but the line was crossed here a bit.
