    Thanks

It's not on the dot but I typically try and respond within a couple hours on a week day. If it's a bigger issue hopefully within the same day.

At times, support can take longer though depending on the request.

I will be looking for testers next week for a server in Los Angeles. Having a current LA service is preferable. Free service for 3 months. Ticket in. :)

Last night I was tweeting how there was 3 months before I was axing cPanel and then today I received a DNS change notification from my provider that made it sort of pointless to continue past that point and it's going on the 15th March.

On the same day LAX will be migrated. The Ryzen speed and NVMe is a great addition especially for a location that was hurt bad last month.

Count me in! I'll put in a ticket. Better location for me anyway up here in Seattle.

    Sounds good :)

I'm excited for the changes coming this year.

LAX move to Ryzen/NVMe on March 15 and beforehand
    cPanel/WHM discontinuation on March 15
LUX move to CentOS 8 (CloudLinux 8 when it's out)
NYC move to CentOS 8 (CloudLinux 8 when it's out)

Hoping affected customers are all moved over Q2 except LUX which I will maintain until most or all have cancelled.

Then we'll hopefully be looking at..

    • CloudLinux in 4 more locations which are currently on CentOS 8
    • Majority NVMe based storage in shared locations
    • Healthier mix of AMD and Intel CPU processors
    • First dedicated server. London (16GB RAM 120GB SSD) is at 80%+ capacity.
    • No more discontinued servers piling up (3 debian da, 1 cpanel right now)

I know I say this a lot but any feedback or requests would be appreciated!

@SmallWeb Quick question, just to see if I can be a bit lazy... :)

Would you or can I initiate a move of my domains from my AMS1 location to the LAX2 location during the test period automagically? Or will that require manual intervention on my part? Thank you for provisioning me with the test service (and the generous 1GB plan too!) Loving the hosting panel so far as well. Thank you for the service!

I can do that for you "asap" or at a specific time. You should be good to go if you are using our nameservers cluster - just let me know.

    You're very welcome :)
