I am just giving an option that they have the possibility to cash those services as credit ( what remained ) rather then spending from their pocket. This makes sense if they do not use them, other then this, I am not implying anything else .
if you have services that you do not need or use, this might be a good time to open a ticket and ask for the remaining value on the contract to be added as credit, just an idea .....
