@SmallWeb I see you kindly answering questions here, and I guess you must do the same via your customer service. But 900 customers seems like a lot. What does your typical day look like? How much of your time goes into customer service?

Please note it's a slight clickbait 900 domains hosted through dns including addon domains. For actual customer numbers it's about half.
I get the odd sales request here and there but my support requests don't get too busy unless an "event" has happened, whether good or bad.
My days for the next month are going to be spent doing migrations and communicating with customers about service EOLs

One day later. Shit man, is this a beastiality joke?
Uhm.. I guess it could be considered to be that. I was actually meaning you were taking the dog into a whiteroom. Dogfucking licenses are obviously held by the aristocracy.

Save it as WordPerfect WP1 format. That's pretty universal. If you use a PDF, people can claim they never read it because it's a PDF. If you don't have it accessible for the blind and gimpy, then you're probably going to end up in prison for being a cis white non-enabler.
LAX migrations for active accounts (resolving domain) will take place on the 15th March. If you're not one of the idlers already moved over you can request expedition via ticket.
Good impressions of LAX from customers so far. If you're intrigued to try out DirectAdmin on AMD Ryzens and NVMe SSD you can have an exclusive 50% off any LAX plan. Only 10 available. Code: NEWLAX

Everything is all moved over to LAX2, thanks again @SmallWeb
Cheap dedis are my drug, and I'm too far gone to turn back.
How can I find out my shared IPv4/ IPv6?
I want to continue using my own NS, so I’d like to only add the A/AAAA/MX record
https://canvay.io - A simple webhosting platform
https://v6node.com - Affordable IPv6 only KVMs
Which loc?

It would be in the DNS management section of your DirectAdmin account or you could ping the hostname of the server/location.

My pronouns are asshole/asshole/asshole. I will give you the same courtesy.
Thanks!
The DNS section didn’t show the IPv6 address and I wasn’t sure wether you use a different IP for the directadmin Panel than for the customers

Perfectly reasonable to ask in that case
The IPv6 will be attached automatically to the DNS but there are some issues with automatic SSL certificates relating at the mo.
Cheers!

PDF or HTML? Maintaining and offering a simple doc would be good for me but how would it be for you?
Michael
Either is fine by me, if I had to pick, HTML is probably more screen reader friendly than PDF I would assume. Also smaller file size, too.

HTML, let's face it, hard enough getting people to an interesting page never mind a PDF of your terms.
