As a paid provider with similar services I also see this as an opportunity for providers like me to grow and learn from your successes in this project. As @vpsgeek said you are somebody respected with great knowledge in the industry. I've got no beef.

Welp. Guess I better log out.

One day later. Shit man, is this a beastiality joke?

You know it's true. She occasionally spells my own name wrong. https://twitter.com/SmallWebHost/status/1190022398696968193

Please note it's a slight clickbait :) 900 domains hosted through dns including addon domains. For actual customer numbers it's about half. I get the odd sales request here and there but my support requests don't get too busy unless an "event" has happened, whether good or bad. My days for the next month are going to be…

Perfectly reasonable to ask in that case :) The IPv6 will be attached automatically to the DNS but there are some issues with automatic SSL certificates relating at the mo. Cheers!
-
It would be in the DNS management section of your DirectAdmin account or you could ping the hostname of the server/location.
-
Lots of things happening but I don't want to email customers 200 times a day so keep in touch @SmallWebHost
-
I can do that for you "asap" or at a specific time. You should be good to go if you are using our nameservers cluster - just let me know. You're very welcome :)

To top it all off I can pay in my local currency :D

You heard it here first folks! Thank you both :)

Sounds good :) I'm excited for the changes coming this year. LAX move to Ryzen/NVMe on March 15 and beforehand cPanel/WHM discontinuation on March 15 LUX move to CentOS 8 (CloudLinux 8 when it's out) NYC move to CentOS 8 (CloudLinux 8 when it's out) Hoping affected customers are all moved over Q2 except LUX which I will…

This is great. I'd think typically after a "2 years no sell services" deal most people would be sitting back smoking the big ones but you're back to work thinking outside the box. Best wishes.

Last night I was tweeting how there was 3 months before I was axing cPanel and then today I received a DNS change notification from my provider that made it sort of pointless to continue past that point and it's going on the 15th March. On the same day LAX will be migrated. The Ryzen speed and NVMe is a great addition…

Appreciate that both of you :)

I will be looking for testers next week for a server in Los Angeles. Having a current LA service is preferable. Free service for 3 months. Ticket in. :)
-
Here's an update. I started installing DirectAdmin and it finished way before I got back to my PC after typically abandoning it at that stage.
-
If you want Hetzner then definitely check out Miguel for bigger plans or me for smaller ones :)
-
It's not on the dot but I typically try and respond within a couple hours on a week day. If it's a bigger issue hopefully within the same day. At times, support can take longer though depending on the request.

I'm ordering. Will do a month test in LAX.

Here's a potential medium-term goal. https://twitter.com/SmallWebHost/status/1228069964684419091

With your 20 figure salary I know you need the write off. There are many companies that don't tick off requirement 1 and 2 that get still idled or even worse, put into production. So why not show some love to one of the good ones  Edit: Oh and so I'm not a shill, I have actually used QuickPacket a year or few ago…

Fire in the booth!

Thank you! Please let me know if I can assist in any way.
