Huh. This seems a lot like the "AM Stereo" that was supposed to be an FM killer over here. Granted, it wasn't digital, but we don't really have a direct OTA parallel that has taken off.

I've never seen Vimeo used for that purpose, TBH. It's mostly where people dump shit when they don't want Google to strike their YT account. I was intentionally oblique about the rest of your questions because I've not undertaken such a project in over a decade.

Yep. It's always someone scheming. I saw a lot of BF specials magically being sold on LET last year. I don't know if I'm to blame for that or not. I just had an excess and wanted to raise money for a couple nonprofits.

Someone has a good sense of humor. When setting up our PBX years ago, we had a discman used for hold music. At some point, a smartass in dev decided to replace the generic light jazz CD with Slipknot. It was probably running about a year before someone asked us "Have you listened to your hold music?"
