I ran all of my nameservers with low ram under x32 (i686 on OpenBSD). The binaries are smaller too.

There used to be a cheap upgrade for the 2024 release option. Might want to look for that. I grabbed the free 2018 for Windows, upgraded to 2021, and then 2024.
