I get the nextcloud thing.. to a new user, you end up with a nosql database (disk io heavy) and a default set of plugins/apps that also thrash disk (activity, photos, versions, etc) and the whole shebang starts bringing a spinning disk to it's knees. The bigger the store of files the bigger the problem gets. My $0.02

It's a safe default. Everyone here came from that place, we all know how things are and if anyone feels so inclined to sample their wares they can do so from there. Bonus points come later when this forum isn't full of posts about people being scammed during BF 2020 on LES.. lol
