I read that quite wrong the first time, like: Accuser-vHost

I’m invoking rules 34 and 35.

You can't make recipients use an email service that doesn't suck, but you can make sure that they're always delivered if at all possible (meaning not rejected for reasons where that email could have been delivered if served from a different IP). No one is going to talk like "Well my product is nice but..." when marketing…

Looks great. Perfectly smooth.

If you want to actually SMTP auth and send them to Hotmail through MXroute properly, that might be a much more complex setup. Suppose you could configure exim to relay all mail through MXroute and then exclude domains that you don't want sent through it in the exim router. Similarly to this:…
-
Exim seems to sign that based solely on the From header from what I can tell. And it's case sensitive, so "[email protected]" gets signed and "[email protected]" doesn't.
-
Just send root emails to an address hosted at MXroute and then forward that address to your Hotmail account. Keep in mind, however, that you're intentionally tying one arm behind your back by using Hotmail, expect most/all of it to go to spam. Especially root cron/LFD notifications, etc. Dare I say it's a recipe for…

Yeah I picked up one at best buy that connects over USB C. Ethernet, HDMI, 2 USB ports. Works great.

It feels really natural. The curve just makes each edge of the monitor keep a relative value of distance from my eyes as the center. I really don't notice the curve so much anymore.

I've started going all Samsung for displays and have no regrets. This is what my macbook plugs into: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-LC27F591FDNXZA-C27F591-27-Inch-Included/dp/B01CX26VNC

Biggest problem with this is the record limit. Can only have 200 DNS records for a domain on a free account.
-
Long live the hydrapiglephant!

Thanks @oborseth! Yes this was the reply I got: So if a glue record is renamed with the parent, it apparently impacts what the parent returns for the domains that were using the NS matching that glue record, even if it wasn't altered by anyone with authority over that domain. It makes sense, I just had no idea that the…
-
They're looking into it. It seems to me that from this suggestion, if I delete my GLUE records for custom NS and someone at another registrar is using those former custom NS, Porkbun has the authority to change the NS servers at the parent TLD despite that domain not being registered with Porkbun. I will have been…
-
At least my sanity has been spared that no one else seems to see it differently based on the story. I’ll be sure to share the findings from their support.
-
Customer using catalyst NS reset their NS again at the registrar and the parent TLD is once again returning the correct values. Though this is the second time this has occurred, it does mean there are currently no active domains experiencing this to troubleshoot. Not ashamed to say this one confuses me.
-
I just like the simplicity of powering it on and knowing that if it installs then it runs and plays with acceptable performance. Except for the PS4 menu system, which needs higher specs to run smoothly than Shadowbringers.
-
I’m not sure if directadmin API handles catchall but you would have access to that, if it helps.
-
You know I like transparency (this is revenue with numbers cropped out). I’ve recently become employed by MXroute, and we have a funding buffer for any unforeseen circumstances. Expect to see products pumping out, as it’s only become more sustainable over time.
-
We're getting a dedicated /23 just for this project, because that'll slash the overhead to expose the logs. This means that I'll need minor adjustments to my existing code and to add in WHMCS provisioning, which is stupid easy. Then it'll be ready for a first iteration.
-
Best explanation I’ve seen for why not to just run potentially destructive “safe” commands without knowing the full scope of your input. Meant to post this in the cest pit but oh well lol. I’m tired.
-
Working on a relay product right now as well. A base version of the product is done but I'm not happy with the tricks I've had to pull to expose logs to the customer. It kind of works but has way too much overhead. Next iteration will probably be the first live product.

1500 emails blocked by our new rbl (mxrbl.com) overnight. Extremely apparent that 100% of them were actual spam, as expected.
-
Aye pop3 fetch works much better.
-
I noticed the other day that Gmail has started accepting more forwarded emails and not considering forwarding to violate the sender’s DMARC record. While my general recommendation is still not to trust that Google appreciates and will work hard to accommodate this use case, it is looking better.
-
Think they'll give me an answer? :joy: What a genius move to create spam filtering software, get a few customers under your belt, and then create your own blacklist. I mean, "It'd be a shame if an email provider not licensing their software landed on their in-house blacklist."
-
It’s hard because the event itself is dynamic. I’m on day 3 of backing up cpanel accounts on 3 servers without even including their emails in the backups. The normal backups are jetbackup incremental and DA conversion needs a regular cpanel backup. Tough to plan ahead with that unpredictable workload.
-
You might hold out for the new frontend. While it's replacing WHMCS first and then DA will start bleeding into it until you no longer need to leave the panel, it looks like it's happening pretty fast.
-
I liked that phrase so much I stole it. https://twitter.com/MXroute/status/1295910314043740161 Someone has to fight for everyone that isn't Google. I can still get emails past their blacklist, but I'm drawing a line in the sand now to see them removed from any serious email systems while they're not a serious problem for…
-
Aye, onboarding path is something I'm working on. When you signed up the sole onboarding path was the "Important Account Information" email after signup. It still is a bit, people won't return right now having forgotten that and know how to get started again. Having two workflows (cPanel and DirectAdmin) doesn't help…

Added gravatar to the WIP panel before calling it a night because why not lol We once got a ticket at DO asking why there was a picture of Hitler in the user’s control panel. Had a really hard time not laughing at the prank that someone obviously pulled on them with gravatar.
