Need quick testers - Shared web hosting India

Hello LES,

I am testing new ideas that can be add to our services in future.
Web Hosting at an Indian DC location seemed like a business opportunity that can be explored
I need to judge market interest in such a service


I need some testers who can use the service & get me some feedback.
Shared Web Hosting
Server location is Mumbai, India.
details:-
DirectAdmin control panel.
Softaculous auto-installer.
OLS webserver
RAID'ed SSD disks

It's a short testing phase, maybe 1-2 weeks only.
I need people who can run some of their web stuff so I can analyze the resource usage/requirements & address the requirements. No idlers please.

After testing period is over, there are two possibilities:
1. the service will continue & you can continue with a paid plan.
2. the service won't continue - need to move your sites somewhere else. (you'll be informed beforehand so you have time)

will the service continue, these people get a special pricing.
Normal pricing will be $6/GB per year, stacking that as per requirements.

First errors are in: Every page of WordPress site except the homepage is giving the 404 error.

That’s a typical OLS with wordpress problem, you need to restart OLS manually if you don’t have .htaccess change detection or a cron for it.

It's solved I think, Cron is in place already.

Possibly.
I switched from "https" to "http" as the WordPress URL. That solved it. Let's Encrypt did not create the certificate in the first attempt but on the next one, it did.

Cron for OLS is set every 3 minutes, so if you're using https redirect option, it might take upto 3 minutes for proper functioning.

Does not work.
-DA shows SSL created via LE, Softaculous rejects.
-Happens even after 10 minutes
-http and https:// for url both give 404 error
For admin backend. Front end works. I tried CMs HTMLy.
-Speeds are good from Bengaluru , 27-30 ms

Hello guys,

This server has been running for a week now.
Apart from the letsencrypt SSL glitch, which was fixed later (thanks @vyas for reporting) everything went good.

Meanwhile I figured, people might not desire shared hosting in India for higher prices, when we already have Singapore option. The latency from SG to IN is generally below 60ms & also has better hardwares.

A lot of other things have been going on,
we launched 10Gbps Ryzen KVMs which didn't get very good sales (some LE people had opinion the pricing is high but those 10Gbps lines are costly to us).
We hv a blog now (https://blog.webhorizon.in) ...

Have been considering Indian NAT VPS location, a group of people are already interested. Anyone else would join the group? Giving it a thought now. Pricing might be similar to Japan (256MB NAT for $12/yr)
