After enjoying a National Day holiday lasting nearly a month, @VirMach appears to have resumed work, granting SJC a 45-day extension and enabling some new events in the network status.
While I dislike AI, I feel like virmach is using it for support ticket response and instead should be using it to fix the problems. It would be a lot faster at fixes and reduce Soheil's workload considerably. Would be a lot better than the current situation of everything going quiet for weeks / months. If @PulsedMedia can do it, I am sure @VirMach can.
As long as the responses on here are from Soheil instead of AI.

Yes I try and keep FOSSVPS and personal use separate. Still have a 'freebie' which regularly has an ip 'issue' kba to push for a fix.
To be fair a couple of VMs are at 250 days uptime.....

Well, it comes as a package! Btw, do a hard refresh to reload the static files. The latest LES changes did not show up and your quoting people doesn't work.

I second the use of AI to fix problems. If Meta researchers can use an OpenClaw agent to delete all their emails, there is no reason VirMach can't use an agent to delete everyone's VMs. Think of efficiency!

@Virmach, the last IP address I had for my web host on lax2z017 is serving a microsoft.com certificate on an akamai host that seems to be routed through AS7488. Where's the IP? I never had a microsoft.com certificate. This isn't just a CPANEL problem. It is bigger than that.
@Brayvin If the IP isn't announced from AS25693, it's not at Virmach in LA anymore. There was a renumbering recently, perhaps you have a new IP? I don't have any more info other than I know we swapped a bunch of IPs for Virmach in LA and Chicago a few months ago (NYC too, but we aren't the provider there, we just leased him some IPs for that POP).

Thanks for the hint. Yes, I have suspected that the IP changed, however @Virmach has not been forthcoming with a new IP, nor in advising how to tell what the IP is when a broken CPanel does not get fixed.
I have a VPS (at another location) and did get a notice for new IP there. Web hosts, however, do not seem to get the same treatment as VPS, apparently. Of course, a factor is likely that @Virmach expects to control DNS for a web host, however, in my case, @Virmach, and multiple forum users, advised me that letting a web host control a DNS domain kind of leaves you up-a-creek if they screw up the renewal, etc., which did happen to me, and so I subsequently took control of my own DNS, and now depend on an undependable @Virmach to provide reasonable updates. I presume that the workflow for web hosts does not get the attention that the workflow for VPS gets though making that distinction is probably laughable.
He SAID, at one point, at least, it was serving up pages just fine. LOL. But of course it is not possible to point DNS at a SUPPOSEDLY working web host if one cannot get IP updates due to a non-working CPanel / @Virmach.
