  Come on now. My communication is not a bot. I have been trying to get help for a few weeks now and because I put in multiple tickets with no help or responses I went searching on the Internet to see if others were having the same issues. I found hundreds of complaints. Within them I found this chat room. I am looking for advice from you as you appear to work for VirMach. Can you give me any advice on what to do to? I have loved your product for several years. But with the issues occurring I am considering using another VPS. But in any case I need the data on my VPS as it is effecting my business badly to not be able to get to the data. Can you help me? Or can you direct me to where I can get assistance? Thanks.
