You will only be suspended if you are impacting others on that node. As a general guideline, we ask customers to not average more than 30% of a physical cpu for more than 24 hours or 35% of a physical cpu for more than an hour. But as said above, that is just a guideline only & we are very flexible with those limits as long as others on the node are not impacted. When you are impacting others, we will try to reach you via email/ticket to resolve it. If no response is received or the matter needs emergency resolution, your vps will be suspended
