It actually became fully automated, we just kept it pseudo automated looking on the customer's end. It also helps us use it as a sort of visible log and step in if the system breaks. But it's not automated at all for Ryzen. (edit) It's very likely that for Ryzen, we'll just finally enable the actual automated feature on…

The billing area should be working fine, I think it's just not connecting to SolusVM since that's down, and it may cause it to throw errors or not load your service page.
-
I wouldn't be able to help anyone here until SolusVM comes back online but I can assure you that the node is online and also not running into the same disk issues it did in the past. It's possible that something else went wrong with the node, but not likely. I'd guess something went wrong within the VM and now since…

Nothing scheduled like that and the node is up. I get a lot of reports by a lot of people that that node keeps going down and it's just been up the whole time, I have no idea why people are saying all these things honestly. I guess because it was called beta test node or reported as having issues at some point in time…
-
There are a few different reasons for that breaking but most recently it would make sense that it's affected by all the attacks.
-
Where are you getting your information? You mentioned [A] a scheduled shutdown, [B] everyone being affected on that node.
-
If you're speaking of rDNS on Ryzen, you can assume long waits and potentially for the request to not be filled for now. None of the systems are built for that yet. With CC, we coded it out using their API. We do not consider rDNS critical and those tickets will most likely not be answered until we clear out the entire…

The offer as I have it on my end, the last version that I have done, which is subject to change, and honestly it's possible it'll never get posted anyway and maybe just privately offered to the first few people it was promised to... I don't even remember if this is a run-on sentence or not anymore at this point so let's…

6GB offer basically got scrapped and turned into the 4GB offer you see here. What's left is the 8GB offer but I'm done with the other green forum for now and the offer was meant for them.
-
I should've gone with a better host!
-
We're receiving tens of millions of requests all throughout the day because someone's mad at us. I've tried my best to get it fixed but unfortunately this also means false positives, as it's a really large layer 7 attack, from literally every single country in the world except I don't know maybe Antarctica and the obvious…

This was the intention, to bring more people to this community. At the same time I understand it will also bring in people who don't really care about anything other than getting this offer. I'm really bad at this personally. I don't know why, but I just always sort through things incorrectly when they come in…

We repurposed the black friday script to generate these automatically. We've been getting DDoSed and bruteforced for the last few hours, and I'm also trying my best to combat that at the same time... and there it goes again, be right back.

LG is on the list, just delayed. What plan do you have? This is dependent on the plan.

I had to clean up the database a little bit so I can activate these Tokyo services more quickly. I'll double check these reports of no Debian 11. Maybe I left it out on accident on some syncs. Exact name please?
-
I was faster than both of you but for some reason I screwed up on the part that mattered, clicking post comment. (edit) I still don't even know what happened, it's just fully gone.
-
There's two services on this node, both appear to be working. Bandwidth, I do see yours as 1GB. I'll see what's up with that. (edit) Oh I remember now, it's an old bug they never fixed with the module.

Sorry to be rude but:
-
Infomart and Carrier1. It'll be Infomart first and then leftover Carrier1.
-
Huh, that's weird, I've had people on LET tell me I should consider going on OGF and I thought it may be this one with all the "OG" tags. I guess this one would make more sense on how it was used, depends on where you use it and would explain.

Last three order IDs have been activated (the others already activated.) Unless you posted while I was writing this reply. I'm trying my best to get all these out ASAP but it's difficult to do when UPS keeps fumbling the ball and I also have to do all that in addition to my current workload. Unfortunately that means some…

I'm considering just swapping out the custom ISO feature (until we code something out) with Netboot.xyz -- any downside you or anyone else can think of?
-
Thanks, I haven't heard that in a while.
-
Engagement is for LET only. No engagement here, sorry.
-
Yes, order ID here.

These are all ready, the Ryzen servers. I'm just trying to round them up and activate them neatly. I'm creating a list of everyone who made a ticket asking about it and spammed us in general, and putting them all on the same server first. It's a fun little experiment I've been planning. Then everyone else will be activated.

100GB, fixing. 80GB?
