You need VPN only to access content available in that country - wanna watch British rather than USA The Office while being in USA - then you need VPN. You don't need to use VPN to watch "USA" content while you are in "USA" (even with "Turkey" Netflix - you get server local content no matter what subscription). So yeah, paying 8-13$ for VPN when the base price for Netflix is 1.3$ seems like overkill

With the last hike decision, the Basic Plan increased from 45.99 TL to 63.99 TL. At the same time, the new price of the 69.99 TL Standard Plan increased to 97.99 TL after the hike. The price of the 93.99 TL Special Plan increased from 93.99 TL to 130.99 TL.

Credit card and PayPal disabled for the sale, if you want to use it you still can but after depositing store credit. I got a few too many $0.25 to $1 chargebacks and disputes recently and low end of the prices are a little too low for like 49 cents plus 4.5% fee.
