I am running a game server so I tried several hosts over the course of few months, with that price range in mind and specifications
OVH is the worst for its price
Contabo is better than OVH but ST can be really high
FiberVM is good but doesn't allow TIOCSTI which I need for my scripts to manage the game server
HostHatch seems to be best choice for me with dedicated cores and can utilize TIOCSTI
With FiberVM and HostHatch at 1100 for geek benchmark 5, the next better option will be in 100 usd range. Well, basically the 5950x specs. Can't get much cheap and good things in Singapore.

and had @lu5ck not posted the YABS, I would not have even know that Hosthatch Singapore location is live. During BF2021 it was "planned" but not live, and they fucked up my HK provisioning, but that is OT.
Speaking of Posting BM results for severs with higher tier pricing, look at some of the results @LetMeBeSad has posted. :-)
